C. JOYBELL C.
Welcome to my website, I am a philosophical essayist, cultural critic, spearhead thinker, science writer, business investor, counselor, mentor and author of over a dozen books ranging from esoteric and poetry, to fiction and philosophy. My work has been quoted by a vast array of current influential figures ranging from the likes of business authority, Guy Kawasaki; Somali's first female presidential candidate, Fadumo Dayib and former adviser to Barack Obama, Dalia Mogahed; to pop cultural icon, Demi Lovato; Hollywood darling, Willow Shields; "Twilight vampire", Ashley Greene; fashion queen, Donna Karan and A-list actress, Amanda Seyfried, to name just a very few. I have also influenced musical plays, philharmonic orchestra pieces, and modern day alternative musical bands. I have mentored athletes, celebrities and political figures; scientists, psychologists and business leaders. I have taken part in global discussions on pressing topics, such as, the true meaning of life and what it actually means to live positively and to overcome fear. My words have been quoted by Psychology Today, Business Insider and Huffington Post, to name just a few. I have also mentored many everyday individuals, including those who have been through mental therapy and substance abuse rehabilitation. My words are quoted by a vast array of readers, ranging from people living in Kathmandu and Congo; to residents of California and Toronto. I have been dubbed "The Batman of our times" by Soul Anatomy Magazine, and, "The savior of souls" by quite a few lovely souls from around the world. I am not cognizant as to why exactly my work gains such traction, but I am simply thankful to be acknowledged as some sort of a Batman in our world, today. At the end of the day, that's all I ever wanted to be! Batman!
JUST A FEW OF THE MANY MORE TESTIMONIALS ABOUT ME AND MY WORK.
You have helped me a lot. Your words teach me so much and have guided me in the right direction on several occasions. So, I look at you as a protector; your thoughts, strength, experience and hope that you pass on is very helpful to me. And, anyone else who will open his or her mind, is able to get this very same protection I speak of from you, too.
MARK BUGGY; AFGHAN WAR VETERAN, CANADA
Thank YOU for the dark places your words have pulled me out of. Even though you never knew. That's truly a gift. Peace, be you.
It was only yesterday that I read some of your writings for the very first time and sometimes, timing, like a soft and gentle touch, can mean everything. I felt like that quote: "When the student is ready the master will come" but later it was clear that a Wolf recognizes another Wolf; a crazy, creative, passionate, strong, bright, dark, lone, silk-spirit Wolf.
You are an inspiration to your generation. Every time I read your posts, my soul is lifted. Your critical thinking on issues is so open and that is what the world wants for, now. Thank you.
You are stunning, majestic and gifted. Blessings to your beautiful soul.
You are an angel with scabbed wings.
You are wonderful. Your words etched in memory. It's very powerful. I'm grateful.
I think that the most inspiring thing about you is that when you share yourself and when you share your thoughts through your writing, it causes us to look deep into our souls and wakes us to inviting new and different aspects of the way we look within ourselves, each other and our world. We need you, just saying.
CATHY COLLINS HODGKINSON

I had once answered a question on Quora about who is the ultimate woman for you, for whom you could kill someone even. And I was confused. Just looks were not enough so Hollywood and Fashion world women were out, then I seriously thought and thought and between Angelina Jolie and C. JoyBell C., I chose the latter as her quotes about life are like beautiful poems explaining the shades of life; often those shades which only Victorian people talked about.
DAYA KUDARI; MAHARASHTRA

Hey! Just wanted to say that I am very thankful that I get to read what you write. I am sure you don't hear it enough. What you post so often speaks to my soul and I know that requires you to share part of your own soul without knowing how it will be taken by some or if it will even be appreciated at all. Thanks for being willing to make that sacrifice!

My heart grew into its big girl clothes and is wearing them like a queen since discovering your poems. Thank you.
Your writing talents are amazing! For me, it is like surfing an ambidextrous brain wave. Very rare. The left brain is writing rationally, logically, very planned and structured; while at the same time, the right brain is writing intuitively, very fluid, spontaneous, artistic...always imaginative and a bit elusive. The results? A wild, fun ride and one that also makes you think and ponder the larger, more serious questions of life.
LYNDA HERBERT PARROTT; NEW ORLEANS
I feel like the words you write come straight from my spirit and onto the paper. Thank you for writing me.
CHRISTINA RAE COOLIDGE
Today I realized what it is I enjoy so much about your writing and why I will continue to share and promote it. It's all about awareness and acceptance. You don't tell us to love everyone and be "good" all the time. People dismiss that out of hand because it's impossible. You tell us to love ourselves then love what we love and walk away from what we don't. You don't tell us everything is beautiful. If we can only see the beauty, though. You tell us to see it all and if it's beautiful we will feel it without having to put a label on it. The world needs that. We need to know it's okay to be imperfect. The acceptance of what we judge as imperfect is enough to stop a war.
It's the middle of the night here, one of those that you wake up nearly dead and wonder if anything will ever reignite the internal spark that makes life interesting. I opened one of your books... and the fire, it burst forth dancing, consuming the decay and promising more adventures. Many, many thanks.
DONNA G. KIRKLAND
I AM YOUR GREATEST FAN. You have brought positivism in my life. Thank you so much.
SMRITY BHATTARAI; KATHMANDU NEPAL
I am in love with all of your work. You have become such an inspiration for me. I am actually going to get a quote of yours tattooed on my side, on my rib cage, this summer!
How your words speak to me when I want to speak to no one... Thank you!
Your message is so calming.
It's one thing to write the truth and it's another thing to write beautifully, but to write the truth beautifully is the rarest gift of all.
The written word is such a powerful medium... in its purest form it can be mystical and magical, ethereal and surreal, inspirational and transformational. You have that quintessential quality to transport your readers to another dimension in a style that is uniquely yours... an authentic simplicity with an underlying profundity that truly defines poetry in motion. Thank you for being such a positive light force in an ever-increasing dark world.
CARRIE GUPTE; TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO
One day, I will look back upon my life and I will say, "That's not the life I planned, but I lived it." I may not have lived the life I planned. but I will have lived the life that I have.
